    Nice hotel with great staff, reliable wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. They even helped me with sim cards during my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience!

    but the room service took longer than expected. And the buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh options. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant had stunning views!

    The beautiful king room was spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially the concierge, were helpful and friendly. The health club on the 18th floor was a great bonus for my workouts. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

    Nice stay with friendly service

    The staff were super friendly and made check-in easy. The gym and pool area were decent, a bit small but nice enough. The breakfast was tasty, especially the omelettes! One thing though, the hotel is starting to show its age. Still, it's a solid choice for the price.

    The staff were exceptionally nice and consistently courteous and the location was EXCELLENT to restaurant everything. The rooms were new-fashioned and decent sized with the bedroom and mini-bar, as for instance, I loved that.

    Got the same double room booked online with the bedroom, mini-bar, for instance. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge were provided. It was in a wonderful and fantastic location near the commercial area of Gulshan.

    I had a nice stay in the Deluxe King Room where the panoramic views from the window were a lovely surprise and the comfy bed made it hard to get up in the morning. The outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing spa really helped me unwind after a long day. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway late into the night, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! 😊

    The imperial suite was spacious and well-furnished, boasting air conditioning, a huge tv, and a minibar. The staff excelled in service, attending promptly to every request.     The stay was quite basic and it felt like this place is in dire need of an upgrade. While the swimming pool was out of use during my visit, I appreciated the decent breakfast provided. The rooms had some outdated features, but the staff did try to help where they could, although the communication barrier was a bit frustrating. It’s a reasonable option for quick business trips but don’t expect luxury.
